摘 要
研究者接觸到跟蹤騷擾議題後，跟蹤騷擾造成之影響乃深深烙印在研究者心中，因而促發研究者進入跟蹤騷擾議題之動機。在研究者蒐集相關文獻後，發覺國際上有諸多文獻探討此議題，然而在台灣卻僅有一篇文獻對此有所著墨，是故加深研究者進入跟蹤騷擾世界之因素。
於瞭解完跟蹤騷擾文獻後，研究者意欲瞭解台灣跟蹤騷擾現況，雖台灣研究跟蹤騷擾文獻僅一篇量化著作，但研究者基於深入瞭解跟蹤騷擾狀況之原因，乃藉由質性研究方法，透過於各大網站與大專院校校園內張貼研究對象招募公告，徵得六位受訪者同意進行深入訪談。訪問其跟蹤騷擾經驗、因應方式與跟蹤騷擾影響，依此深入瞭解跟蹤騷擾實際現象。
研究分析後，發現主要如下：一為跟蹤騷擾經驗，瞭解受訪者經歷之跟蹤騷擾對象、跟蹤騷擾原因、跟蹤騷擾時間與地點和跟蹤騷擾行為。二為因應方式，統整出受訪者採取以下幾種方式以保護或抒發自己，諸如改變生活型態、保護方式、逃避方式、直接面對方式與社會資源網絡。三為跟蹤騷擾影響，包含跟蹤騷擾者對受訪者本身之影響與對他人之影響，分為他人心理影響、受訪者心理影響與受訪者生活影響。
綜觀研究發現，受訪者經歷之跟蹤騷擾行為乃多重形式跟蹤騷擾行為，其採取之因應方式為二種以上。跟蹤騷擾對受訪者之影響亦不單一，其不僅影響受訪者身心狀況，對受訪者周圍人士，如家人與朋友，亦造成諸多困擾。可想而知，跟蹤騷擾影響乃無遠佛屆，值得人民與政府機構多加注意，冀希能針對跟蹤騷擾現象加以安全性宣導或有更多資源挹注。
