In the past, Large enterprises usually implement traditional ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to improve their efficiency. while small and middle enterprises (SMEs) usually hesitate to implement ERP systems due to cost considerations before. Nowadays, the rapid rise of cloud computing, many vendors have begun to develop cloud ERP systems, which can immediately control the latest information of enterprises, improve operational efficiency and data security because of rapid rise of cloud computing. SMEs are gradually considering about using cloud ERP for improving their operational efficiency. However, SMEs are still not stepping into implementation of cloud ERP because SMEs have no experience for using customized ERP systems and outsourcing software before. Besides, There are a small number of employees and no many IT professionals in SMEs. Therefore, it is worthwhile to discuss whether employees have the ability to adapt to the new system. This study explore the determinants of employees’ satisfaction of using Cloud ERP in SMEs. The study considers the effects of employees’ absorptive capacity, perceived organization, work and technical fits of cloud ERP systems, perceived usefulness towards cloud ERP systems, data security of cloud ERP systems, and trust towards cloud ERP systems suppliers on satisfaction of using cloud ERP systems in SMEs.

This study conducts online survey for data collection and statistics tools, such as SPSS and SmartPLS, for data analysis. Results show that absorptive capacity for understanding positively influenced organization fit. Absorptive capacity for applying positively influenced organizational fit. Organizational fit positively influenced perceived usefulness. Data security positively influenced trust. Trust positively influenced Satisfaction. Perceived usefulness positively influenced satisfaction.
