本研究旨在瞭解醫院65歲(含)以上老人公費裝置活動式假牙後的滿意度及影響因素。針對某區域醫院完成裝置活動假牙者。電話訪談問卷內容，資料收集彙總共有224份問卷，回收之有效問卷共206份，有效樣本回收率92%。問卷內容分為三個部份，分別是「個人基本資料」、「假牙使用狀況」、「假牙滿意度」等變項進行分析，透過描述性統計、卡方檢定及線性迴歸分析等統計方法，探究影響假牙滿意度之相關因素。
經由研究結果發現，影響因素有：慢性病種類數、自覺口腔健康狀況、自覺身體健康狀況、擁有兩副活動假牙者及使用假牙後有不舒服者等；線性迴歸分析結果，慢性病種類愈多，其咀嚼食物能力、說話清晰能力、配戴假牙的美觀及假牙整體性滿意度愈低。假牙裝置後疼痛、假牙鬆脫及咀嚼困難者，也顯示其假牙滿意度低。
政策推行裝置老人活動假牙雖是缺牙治療的方式，其目的是為了改善與恢復口腔功能，但養成正確的口腔衛生照護及醫療保健行為才能真正有效減少或避免缺牙，維護老人生活品質與尊嚴。

This study aims to probe into satisfaction with governmentally subsidized removable dentures of the elderly aged at least (including) 65 years old in the hospital and the factors. It focuses on those with removable dentures accomplished in one regional hospital. Questionnaire content is based on telephone interview. As to data collection, it obtains 224 questionnaires and retrieves 206 valid ones. Valid sample return rate is 92%. Questionnaire content includes three parts: “personal basic information”, “use of denture” and “satisfaction with denture”. Through statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, chi-square test and linear regression analysis, it explores factors related to satisfaction with dentures.
According to research findings, the factors are number of chronic diseases, self-reported oral health, self-reported physical health, those with two removable dentures and those who are uncomfortable after using dentures; according to analytical result of linear regression, when the subjects have more kinds of chronic diseases, their food chewing ability, smooth speaking ability, aesthetics of dentures and overall satisfaction with dentures are inferior. The subjects who suffer from pain after wearing dentures, loosed dentures and chewing difficulty show low satisfaction with dentures.
The policy implementation of removable dentures for the elderly is the treatment for agomphosis. However, the purpose is to improve and recover oral functions. Appropriate oral health and medical care behavior can effectively reduce or avoid agomphosis and maintain life quality and self-esteem of the elderly.
