本研就旨在探討,台南市國中技藝教育班學生的職業成熟及可能
影響技藝教育班學生職業成熟的相關因素. 本研究主要以量化調查研
究為主,輔以質性深度訪談.量化研究工具包括''家庭與職業成熟態度測驗''
與''青少年歸因量表''質性研究工具,則以研究者為研究工具,量化研究以隨
機叢集比例抽出402名技藝教育班學生.質性研究則依最大變異原則選出4
位技藝教育班學生進行深度訪談. 經統計分析量化資料與登錄歸類質化
資料後,獲得下列結論, 一. 常模樣本學生之職業態度比技藝教育班學
生成熟. 二. 技藝教育班女生職業態度比男生成熟,外控歸因的學生
職業態度較不成熟, 學生的個性, 興趣, 進取心, 學 習態度, 目
標確立與重要他人的鼓勵會影響職業態度, 不同學業表現的學生,
職業態度成熟有顯著差異, 家庭 動力愈好, 學生的職業態度愈成
熟. 三.不同辦理模式及開班類別的技藝教育班學生,職業態度成
熟沒有顯著差異.若編班考量能結合學生的職業興趣, 則 學生的職
業態度愈成熟
The purpose of the study was to understand the vocational
maturity towardlearning practical arts of junior high school
students, and to understand therelative factors affecting the
formation of vocational maturity. For purposeof the study,
qualitative research are used to help explain quantitative
findings. The instruments of quantitative research include
''Family andVocational Maturity Attitude Scale'' and ''Adolescent
Attribution Inventory'', subjects were 406 students of practical
arts of junior high school in Tainan.Data was analyzed by
descriptive statistics, t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson''s
Product-Moment Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression. In
qualitative research, researcher as the instruments, subjects
were 4 students from samesurvey pool. Data were analyzed by
analytical induction. After data analysis,the results can be
drawn as following. 1.The vocational attitudes of norm aremore
mature than those of practical arts of junior high school
students. Generally speaking, the vocational attitudes of
practical arts of practicalarts of junior high school students
are not mature. 2.In terms of backgroundfactor, the vocational
attitude of female are more mature than male. The vocational
attitudes of tudents who have belief in external control aren''t
maturitive. The factors of personality, interest, active,
learning attitude and setting goals will have all impact on
vocational maturity. Vocational maturity of students who differ
in academic performance is significantly different. The better
family dynamics, the more maturative vocationalvocational
attitude. 3.In terms of system factors, vocational matruity
ofstudents who are not significantly different in pattern and
cluster practical arts educational program. The findings
suggest the administratores in government should, 1.establish
acomprehensive evaluation system for practical arts educational
program. 2.Bealter of couse-matching condition regarding
professional guidance in schools. The schools should, 1.Execute
life guidance, learning guidance and careerguidance practically.
2.Encourage students to choose practical arts only u.al
interests. 3.Claritythe concept of the parents on educating
their children. 4.Teachers should play the role of students''
significant others.
