臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究之目的在探討某區域教學醫院門診糖尿病患者遵醫囑行為及其相關因素。採結構型問卷，對台北市一家區域教學醫院內分泌科門診的糖尿病患者進行訪談，共得有效問卷111份。
研究工具內容包括：糖尿病患者之健康信念、家庭支持、健康人格控制及遵醫囑行為四種量表。研究資料以SPSS 8.0 for Window套裝軟體進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計法分析之。得重要結果如下：
一、糖尿病患者自陳遵醫囑行為的情形以藥物治療最好，運動最差。
二、教育程度高者、無職業者、治療方法「口服降血糖藥者」、「注射胰島素者」，有較好的遵醫囑行為。
三、健康信念與遵醫囑行為呈顯著正相關。
四、家庭支持與遵醫囑行為呈顯著正相關。
五、健康人格控制的三個次量表與遵醫囑行為未達顯著相關。
六、健康信念、家庭支持、內在人格控制、機會人格控制、有力人士人格控制可解釋糖尿病遵醫囑行為總變異量之12.00%。

The purpose of this study was to investigate compliance behaviors and related factors of Diabetes Mellitus patients in out—patient department at a regional teaching hospital. Data was collected by means of interviewing and questionnaire at one endocrine out—patient department. 111 questionnaires were completed in this study.
The questionnaire was consisted of health belief scale, family support scale, health locus of control scale, and compliance behaviors scale. Descriptive statistics, Oneway ANOVA, Pearson product—moment correlation, and Multiple regression were used through SPSS 8.0 for Window program to analysis the data collected. The main findings of the study were as following：
1.The“drug”was the behavioral items of compliance having the highest score；the“exercise”having the lowest score.
2.Patient with different education, occupation, cure method have significant difference in compliance behaviors.
3.The health belief model, family support has positive correlations with compliance behaviors, but the health locus of control does not.
4.Health belief model, family support, internal locus of control, chance locus of control, and powerful other locus of control can explain 12.00% of variance of compliance behaviors.
