臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討高雄地區高中生批判思考、情緒智力與問題解決態度之相關研究。本研究主要的研究目的有四：1.探討批判思考、情緒智力以及問題解決態度的理論及其相關之研究。2.分析不同背景變項、批判思考、情緒智力的高中生，其問題解決態度之差異情形。3.瞭解高中生的批判思考、情緒智力與問題解決態度間之關係。4.依據研究發現，歸納研究結果，提出具體可行之建議，以供教育行政機關、高級中學及高中教師教學和學生自我學習之參考。
本研究主要以問卷調查法為主。使用分層叢集隨機抽樣，以高雄市八個以及高雄縣十一個設有公立高中與完全中學高中部的行政區之高一與高二學生為研究對象，同時以「康乃爾批判思考測驗（甲式）」和「高中生日常生活感受問卷」為測驗工具進行本研究的施測活動。本研究共計抽取八所高中946名學生，包括高一學生309名，高二學生637名；其中男生522名，女生424名。在資料處理方面，以變異數分析、典型相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計分析方法考驗八個研究假設，並逐一討論分析各項結果，茲將本研究的結果歸納如下：
一、高中生的問題解決態度大致良好，屬於中上程度。
二、高中生的問題解決態度會因性別與類組之不同而有顯著差異，但不會因年級和家庭社經地位的不同而有顯著差異。
三、高中生的問題解決態度會因情緒智力不同而有顯著差異，但不因批判思考的不同而有顯著差異。
四、高中生的問題解決態度會分別受其性別、類組與批判思考的交互作用影響。
五、高中生的問題解決態度會分別受其性別、類組與情緒智力的交互作用影響。
六、高中生的批判思考、情緒智力與問題解決態度有典型相關存在。
七、高中生的性別、類組與情緒智力可作為預測其問題解決態度之參考。
根據上述結論，本研究提出下列幾項建議：
壹、教育行政機構方面
一、對高中學生問題解決態度的提升與輔導應予以重視。
二、結合社區與學校資源，有效推展情緒管理課程以及問題解決輔導工作坊。
三、整合完善的情緒教育計畫，以提高學生的情緒智力，進而提升其問題解決態度。
貳、高級中學方面
一、加強兩性平等教育的宣導與實施，進而強化男生的情緒智力，以及培養女生良好的問題解決態度。
二、鼓勵教師在職進修與進行行動研究，以充實教師問題解決態度與能力。
三、利用團體輔導的機會實施「問題解決教學」，從而形塑學生健康樂觀的問題解決態度。
參、教師方面
一、創造多元的學習環境，隨時提供合宜的機會與情境，以培養學生正向積極的問題解決態度。
二、應採行有效的教學計劃，培養學生的情緒智力，以協助其提升問題解決態度。
三、因應不同類組學生需求，加強批判思考能力的訓練，以增強學生解決問題的自信。
肆、高中生方面
一、辨識遭遇問題所引發的各種情緒，並以積極的正向思考去詮釋問題情境。
二、勇於面對問題，學習解題策略。
三、培養良好的生活習慣，建立自己的支援系統。
伍、進一步研究的建議
在研究主題上，可針對問題解決態度的各層面做更深入的研究；在研究方法上，除使用量化的問卷調查法之外，仍可加入晤談、觀察等質化的研究方法，使研究更為嚴謹；在研究對象上，可擴及全省及高三的學生；在研究工具上，有賴未來驗證性研究的考驗與修訂，使研究工具更具適用性；在研究變項上，可以針對問題解決態度的相關變項再加以深入的探討。
