臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要在探討技職校院學生生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙因素與生涯發展狀況三者間的關係；並比較性別、年級及學院等不同背景變項，在生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙因素與生涯發展狀況之差異。本研究係以台灣北區技術學院學生為研究對象，經由叢集分層抽樣方式選出10所學校22個班級進行問卷調查施測，共收集有效問卷721份。問卷調查所得資料分別以描述統計與推論統計加以處理，包括次數分配、百分比、平均數、t考驗、單因子變異數分析（one-way ANOVA）、皮爾遜積差相關（Pearson’s product-moment correlation）及多元逐步迴歸（step-wise multiple regression analysis）等統計方法。研究結果如下：
1.技職校院學生生涯自我效能偏向中等；未來計劃擬定及問題解決能力之生涯效能有待培養。
2.技職校院學生知覺生涯阻礙偏高，而對環境因素的阻礙較多，社會因素的阻礙較少。
3.技職校院學生生涯發展狀況偏低，顯示生涯定向能力有待加強。
4.技職校院男生有較佳的生涯發展狀況及生涯自我效能，女生則知覺較多的生涯阻礙因素。
5.技職校院學生在進入三年級時，不論在生涯自我效能、生涯發展狀況都屬偏低狀況；且明顯低於一年級。
6.技職校院學生在鎖定目標的電子理工類及其他類擁有較佳的生涯自我效能。
7.技職校院學生的生涯自我效能與生涯發展狀況有高度正相關；生涯阻礙因素與生涯發展狀況、生涯自我效能呈現低度負相關。
8.技職校院學生之生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙因素對生涯發展狀況的預測力，以「生涯自我效能」最具預測力。
根據上述的研究結論，提出進一步的討論與建議，以提供相關單位及後續研究的參考。

The research aims to study on career self-efficacy, career barriers, and career development of students of Institute of Technology and the relationships among each other. 22 classes out of 10 institutes of technology of Northern Taiwan were cluster-sampled; and 721 students responded to the questionnaires. Data were analyzed through both the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics approaches, including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and step-wise multiple regression analysis. The main findings were as followings:
1. Career self-efficacy of students of Institute of Technology is found medium. Students’ capability for future planning and problem solving need to be improved.
2. Students of Institute of Technology’s career barriers are fairly high; environmental factors are especially considered by students as career barriers.
3. Career development of students of Institute of Technology’s is fairly low, especially in career direction capability.
4. Male students of Institute of Technology have better career development and career self-efficacy than female students; however, female are more conscious of career barriers.
5. Students of Institute of Technology experience a setback on both self-efficacy and career development when they become junior.
6. Students of Institute of Technology majoring in electronic engineering have better career self-efficacy.
7. Students of Institute of Technology’s career self-efficacy and career development are highly positive correlated.Students of Institute of Technology’s career barrier factors and career development are lowly negative correlated.Students of Institute of Technology’s career self-efficacy and career barrier factors are lowly negative co-related.
8. Between students of Institute of Technology’s career self-efficacy and career barrier factors, career self-efficacy shows more predictive capability for career development.
Based on summary of this research, advanced discussion and suggestion are brought up for reference of related authorities and following research.
