臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要探討老人的社會支持、孤寂感、休閒活動參與對生命意義之影響，並了解其現況及因果關係，以長青學苑的老人為主要研究對象，採立意抽樣進行問卷調查，共收取有效樣本424份，研究結果如下：
一、整體而言，目前長青學苑的老人有良好的社會支持，較低的孤寂感，休閒活動參與並不高，但有較高的生命意義的感受程度。
二、長青學苑老人之社會支持，因老人的「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「居住情況」、「自覺經濟狀況」、「自覺健康狀況」不同而有顯著差異。
三、長青學苑老人之孤寂感，因老人的「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「自覺經濟狀況」、「自覺健康狀況」不同而有顯著的差異。
四、長青學苑老人之休閒活動參與，因老人的「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「目前主要經濟來源」、「自覺經濟狀況」、「曾經從事過最久的職業」不同而有顯著的差異。
五、長青學苑老人之生命意義，因老人「年齡」、「教育程度」、「婚姻狀況」、「居住情況」、「目前主要經濟來源」、「自覺經濟狀況」、「自覺健康狀況」、「曾經從事過最久的職業」不同而有顯著差異。
六、社會支持與孤寂感都對休閒活動參與及生命意義有明顯影響，亦即社會支持愈高的老人，其休閒活動參與愈高，生命意義之感受程度也就愈高，而孤寂感愈高的老人，其休閒活動參與之頻率即會較低，生命意義感受程度也會較低，但在模式中，休閒活動參與並不會明顯影響生命意義，亦即休閒活動參與之頻率多寡，並不影響生命意義之感受程度。
根據本研究之結果，對老人及未來後續研究提出建議，並希望透過本研究之結果能夠更了解老人的休閒活動參與及生命意義的影響，以期未來能夠促進老人之生命意義。

The purpose of this to explore what the elder’s social support, loneliness and leisure participation will influence meaning in life, and understand recent condition and relationship. This research is to focus on students in elderly college by using Purposive Sampling and gathered 424 valid questionnaires . The results of this research are as follows :
1.On the whole, the students in elderly college have good social support and lower loneliness . Although , they don’t often participate in leisure activities, they can easily realize the meaning in life.
2.Social support of the elder differs obviously. It　depends on their“age”,“marriage”,“living condition”,“conscious of economy”and“conscious of health”.
3.Loneliness of the elder differs obviously. It depends on their “age”,“marriage”,“conscious of economy” and “conscious of health”.
4.Leisure participation of the elder differs obviously.　It depends on their“gender”,”marriage”, ”education”, ”main economic resource ”,”conscious of economy”and“job ”.
5.Meaning in life of the elder differs obviously. It depends on their“age”,“education”,“main economic resource”,“conscious of economy”,“conscious of health”and“job”.
6.Social support and loneliness apparently influence leisure participation and meaning in life. In the other word, the more social support the elder have, the more leisure activities they will participate in. Thus they can also realize the meaning in life easily. However, if they often feel lonely, they will rarely participate in leisure activities, and can’t realize the meaning in life. In the model, leisure participation don’t obviously influence meaning in life. That is to say, whether they often participate in leisure activities or not, it will not effect their comprehension of the meaning in life.
According to this research, some constructive suggestions to the elder, elderly college and future studies are offered. We hope we can further understand the elder’s leisure participation and the influence it bring in, and we expect that we can improve the elder’s meaning in life.
