本研究旨在探討完美主義性格傾向、挫折容忍力與心理適應（學業適應、情緒適應）之可能關係。本研究以495位大學生為研究樣本，以「大學生完美主義傾向量表」、「大學生低挫折容忍力量表」與「大學生生活量表」為研究工具，採用獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、重複量數單因子變異數分析、典型相關與多元逐步迴歸等統計分析方法。本研究結果顯示：（一）在完美主義性格傾向上，男大學生在「不易滿意」傾向上顯著高於女大學生；但未發現有年級差異存在。（二）在低挫折容忍力方面，男大學生在「情緒上的不容忍」與「成就挫折」向度上顯著高於女大學生；但未發現有年級差異存在。（三）在學業適應、情緒適應上皆未發現有性別差異或年級差異存在。（四）典型相關分析可以來說明完美主義性格傾向、挫折容忍力與心理適應之間的可能關聯模式。（五）大學生的「自我欣賞」、「不易滿意」、「高標準」、「拖延」、「無法容忍不適感」、「高秩序性」對學業適應具有顯著的聯合預測力。（六）大學生的「不易滿意」、「自我欣賞」、「過度在意」、「無法容忍不適感」、「拖延」、「高秩序性」對情緒適應具有顯著的聯合預測力。

The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among perfectionism, frustration tolerance, and psychological adjustment. A total of 495 college students as subjects, were asked to fill a set of instruments, including Perfectionism Scale for College Students, Low Frustration Tolerance Scale for College Students, and College Students- Life Inventory. The obtained data were analysized by using independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, repeated measures one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The main findings of this study are: (1) Males had higher ratings than females on the “unsatisfied” subscale of perfectionism; yet, no grade difference was found in perfectionism. (2) Males had higher ratings than females on the “emotional intolerance” and “achievement frustration” subscales of low frustration tolerance; yet, no grade difference was found in low frustration tolerance. (3) No significant sex difference or grade difference was found on academic adjustment and on emotional adjustment. (4) Canonical correlation analysis was used to test possible path-correlations among perfectionism, frustration tolerance, and psychological adjustment. (5) The “self-appreciation,” “unsatisfied,” “high-standard,” “delay,” “discomfort intolerance,” and “high-order” were effective predictors toward college students’ academic adjustment. (6) The “unsatisfied,” “self-appreciation,” “over-concern,” “discomfort intolerance,” “delay,” and “high-order” were effective predictors toward college students’ emotional adjustment.
