近年來，家長愈來愈重視教育品質，無論是在家庭中的學習或者是學校的活動，家長皆積極參與。因此，身為國小教師，是否具備優良的領導條件，能否與家長、學生建立起良性的互動和伙伴關係，已是一個重要的良師指標。本研究以低年級學生家長的認知，探究其對教師之領導風格以及學生學習態度的認知情況，同時由家長的認知知覺教師在何種領導風格之下，能夠對學生的學習態度產生顯著且正向的影響。根據研究結果提出建議，提供教師在領導班級以及教育主管單位和學校行政單位之參考。
本研究設計採量化研究，以高雄縣美濃鎮國民小學低年級家長為問卷發放對象，並以權威式、放任式與民主式的領導風格，來探討高雄縣美濃鎮國民小學低年級教師之領導風格對學生學習態度的影響。以問卷方式施測，總共發放問卷620份，其中有效樣本數為438份，有效回收率70.65％。研究結果發現：
（一）教師領導風格以民主式領導最被認同，其次是權威式領導，而放任式領導最不被認同。
（二）學生學習態度良好，以教學回應最佳。
（三）不同職業、學歷、和國籍的家長對教師領導風格認知有顯著差異。
（四）不同年齡、職業、家庭經濟收入、學歷、婚姻狀況和國籍的家長對學生學習態度認知有顯著差異。
（五）低年級教師權威式領導風格對學生學習態度有正向影響。
（六）低年級教師放任式領導風格對學生學習態度有負向影響。
（七）低年級教師民主式領導風格對學生學習態度有正向影響。

In recent years, parents pay more attention to the quality of school education which leads to more active parent’s involvement in learning activities both at home and school. Therefore, to be an effective leader who is able to establish sound interactive relationship and partnership with the students and the parents has become one of the most important qualities that an effective teacher should possess. The present study aimed at investigating the effect of teacher’s leadership styles on student’s learning attitudes, from parents’ perspective. The ultimate purpose of the study is to identify the leadership style(s) that could promote students’ positive learning attitudes that could be provided as a valuable reference for educational institutes and educators.
Quantitative methods were adopted in the study. Six hundred and twenty questionnaires were distributed to parents of the first and second graders in Mei-Non, Kaohsiung County with a valid return rate of 70.65 %( 438 responses). The results showed:
1.Democratic leadership style is the most favorable leadership style followed by authoritarian; laissez-faire is the least favorable leadership style.
2.Respondents believed that most students have good learning attitudes; “response to teaching” was the best.
3.There were significant differences among parents with different “occupations”, “education”, and “nationalities” towards teacher leadership styles.
4.Parents with different “age”, “occupation”, “family income”, “education”, “marital status” and “nationalities” have significantly different perceptions towards student learning attitudes.
5.The authoritarian leadership style of first or second grade teachers has positive effects on the learning attitudes of the students.
6.The laissez-faire leadership style has negative effects on the student learning attitudes.
7.The democratic leadership style of first or second grade teachers has positive effects on the learning attitudes of the students.
