臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在了解影響國中學生升學選擇之重要關鍵因素，利用「計畫行為理論（Theory of Planned Behavior）」之觀點探討「升學態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」等變項對國中學生「升學行為意向」之影響。本研究採用問卷調查法，以中部三縣市1,091位國三學生為研究對象，並採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關和多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究獲致的結果如下：（一）性別、縣市別、家庭型態、父母教育程度及學業成就等級等不同背景變項之國中學生，其於升學行為意向各構面均顯示不同程度之顯著差異。（二）國中學生的升學行為影響因素（自利性、利他性）對其升學態度有影響，「自利性」較具預測力。（三）國中學生的升學行為影響因素（主群體、次群體）對其主觀規範有影響，「主群體」較具預測力。（四）國中學生的升學行為影響因素（便利狀態、自我能力）對其知覺行為控制具有影響力，「自我能力」較具預測力。（五）國中學生之升學態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制對其升學行為意向具有預測力，其中以「升學態度」的預測力最大；「知覺行為控制」次之；「主觀規範」較小。最後提出具體建議，以供父母、教師、學校等相關人員及未來研究者參考

The purpose of the study was to examine essential factors that affected the choices made by 1,091 ninth-grade junior high school students in Central Taiwan regarding their further educational level. “Theory of Planned Behavior” was employed to explore how factors such as “attitude toward the behavior”, “subjective norm”, “perceived behavioral control”, and “behavior intention” influence students when they chose their paths of further education and what kind of role these factors played. Questionnaire survey has been utilized as the research method and descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The findings of the study were listed as follows: first, students with different background factors (including genders, counties, family styles, parents’ education levels, and academic levels) demonstrated various significant differences regarding their educational behavior and intention. Second, the factors that affected the choices made by students, “self-beneficiary” and “others-beneficiary”, had an influence on “attitude toward the behavior” and “self-beneficiary” was the strongest predictor. Third, the factors that affected the choices made by students, “main group” and “sub-group”, had an influence on “subjective norm” and “main group” was the strongest predictor. Fourth, the factors that affected the choices made by students, “convenience condition” and “self-competence”, had an influence on “perceived behavioral control” and “self-competence” was the strongest predictor. Final, “attitude toward the behavior”, “subjective norm”, and “perceived behavioral control” can positively predict “behavior intention” and “attitude toward the behavior” was the strongest predictor. The suggestions of the findings were made for school administrators, teachers, parents, and future researchers.
