建教合作實習生的學習滿意度對組織承諾與
就業意願之研究-以台南區飯店業為例

摘 要
隨著時代的演進,國民經濟水準提升,國人休閒旅遊觀念的改變,餐旅服務業人才需求劇增,致使餐旅業面臨基層人力大量的短缺。教育當局為因應社會產業結構的變化,配合企業對餐旅服務業專業人才的大量需求,大專院校餐旅相關科系建教合作實習生的需求亦隨之增加。大專院校與餐旅業建立建教合作機制安排學生至業界校外實習,透過實習過程進而達成教育目的,其學習滿意度對實習企業的組織承諾、就業意願之相關性值得探討。
本研究設定以大專院校餐旅相關科系建教合作實習生在台南地區飯店實習設定為研究物件,研究目的為探討大專院校餐旅相關科系建教合作實習生學習滿意度對組織承諾與就業意願之影響,經問卷調查使用描述性統計敍述實習生個人之基本屬性,再以結構方程模式分析(SEM)檢驗實習生實習滿意度、組織承諾和就業意願之相互影響情形,研究結果顯示:大專院校餐旅相關科系建教合作實習生實習滿意度、組織承諾較高,未來從事餐旅業意願較強,且其實習滿意度對組織承諾有顯著正向影響,實習滿意度與組織承諾對就業意願有顯著正向影響。

Abstract

In recent decades, with the growth of the national economy, people's concept of leisure travel has changed, the hospitality industry personnel surge in demand, resulting in the hospitality industry is facing a shortage of grassroots human. In response to the social changes of the industrial structure and meet the social needs of a large number of the hospitality industry personnel, Education authorities need to increase the hospitality and tourism industry professionals, and the demand of the cooperative education intern of hospitality department in colleges and universities was increased. Many colleges and universities have established cooperative education mechanism with the hospitality industry, and arrange the students to intern in the hospitality industry. This is important to achieve the purpose of teaching through the internship process. The relationship of their internship satisfaction , organizational commitment internship to their enterprises and their willingness to work in the hospitality industry
The object in our study is cooperative education intern in hospitality department of technical and vocational college that internship in the Tainan area hotels. And the purposes of this study is to investigate the impact of internship satisfaction on organizational commitment and employment willingness of cooperative education intern in hospitality department of colleges and universities. In this study, first, the data was collected through the design and implementation of the questionnaire; second, descriptive analysis were conducted to described the individual attribute of the interns; third, structural equation analysis (SEM) was conducted to examine the relationship of interns' internship satisfaction, organizational commitment internship to their enterprises and their employment willingness. The results suggested that: The cooperative education interns have better internship satisfaction and organizational commitment; their willingness to engage in the hospitality industry was strong. Their internship satisfaction have a significant positive impact on organizational commitment, and their internship satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant positive impact on employment willingness.
