本研究的目的是探討情緒智能對工作滿意度的影響,並驗證情緒智能是否會調節此兩變項之間的關係?研究者以紙本及網頁上傳資料的方式傳給上班族,以收集資料,並請受試者評量自己的情緒智能、對組織氣氛及工作滿意度的知覺,有效問卷為233份。研究結果發現:(1)組織氣氛與工作滿意度有正相關;(2)情緒智能與工作滿意度有正相關;(3)情緒智能中覺察他人及應用情緒兩個向度對組織氣氛與工作滿意度之間有調節效果。
The purposes of this research are to explore the influences of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, as well as to validate whether emotional intelligence will moderate the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction? Employees were asks to evaluate their perception toward emotional intelligence, organizational climate and job satisfaction. The sample size of this study is 233. Results suggested: (1) organizational climate and job satisfaction were positive correlated; (2) emotional intelligence and job satisfaction were positive correlated; (3) awareness of others and use of emotion to facilitate performance of the emotional intelligence construct moderated relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.
