良好的組織運作需要由一群人為了共同目標而從事不同工作而形成的,每一位成員都是為了共同目標而在自己的工作上盡責,進而影響整體組織運作,故本研究在探討男女之間在於個人-工作契合度和團隊凝聚力對組織公民行為的影響性。研究採用配對取樣的問卷調查法。研究結果顯示:1.個人-工作契合度對組織公民行為有正向影響;2.團隊凝聚力對組織公民行為有正向影響;3.男性在個人-工作契合度對組織導向的組織公民行為影響有顯著,且顯著效果比女性來得大。
A healthy organization requires a group of individuals that are working towards a common goal, despite being in different positions within the organization. When each member fulfills their job responsibilities with this common goal in mind, it creates a positive influence on the organizational work environment. This report explores how gender affects the relationship between Person-Job fit (P-J fit), Team Cohesion (TC) and Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB). Data used in this study were collected by dyadic method. The results show that 1. P-J fit has a positive influence on OCB ; 2. TMC has a positive influence on OCB; 3. The influence P-J fit has on OCB is much more significant in males compared to females.
