近年以來職能的議題在台灣人力資源管理界蔚為流行,本研究故探討關於領導者的社交智力的社交資訊處理、社交技巧和社交意識對於團隊間的合作以及團隊績效是否具有正面之效果:本研究以自編問卷作為研究工具,採取主管和部屬配對抽樣,以南部的民間公司行號作為研究對象,總共本研究共發放主管總計發送126份問卷,回收率為77%,透過以SPSS 12.0軟體進行分析。研究結果顯示出領導者的社交資訊處理對於團隊績效具有正向影響,領導者的社交技巧和社交意識對於團隊績效則是沒有影響;再者團隊合作對於團隊績效沒有具影響效果,最後領導者的社交資訊處、社交技巧和社交意識對於合作則是沒有影響。
In recent year competency has been more popular in human resource management field. The study based on the definitions of social intelligence, which was made by previous scholar, to examine team performance. The study explores cooperation between social intelligence and team performance, the study adopted the self-translated paired questionnaire.

The subject of research sent the 126 sector’s supervisor in Taiwanese southern area, the ratio of response is 77%. First, the result of study showed leader’s social informational process has positive effects on team performance. Secondly, leader’s social skill and social awareness doesn’t has effects on team performance and cooperation doesn’t has effects on team performance. Lastly, leader’s social informational process has positive effects on team performance. However, the result of study show social skill and social awareness have no effects on team performance, and then leader’s social informational process, social skill and social awareness doesn’t have effects on cooperation.
