The study examined the relationships among Leader-Member Exchange, Positive Psychological Capital ,Work Engagement and examined if gender would moderate the relationship between them.By convenience sampling, the 328 data were collected from the full time workers who have the leader-member relationship. The results indicate that Leader-Member Exchange had a positive effect on Positive Psychological Capital and Work Engagement, and Positive Psychological Capital had a positive effect on Work Engagement. Moreover,Positive Psychological Capital plays a mediator role in the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and Work Engagement。Additionally, Gender had a moderating effect on the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and Positive Psychological Capital.
