面對現今社會中,隨著時代不斷改變的產業型態與職場環境,「改變,才是永遠不變的真理」,因為,沒有永遠穩坐第一的公司,同樣也沒有一個可以永遠保障的工作。對於公司而言,公司需要的是一個不斷更新自我技能的員工。因此,員工該如何用堅毅的特質在快速變遷的工作環境中調適自我與應對,進而在忙碌的職場環境與生活中感受到幸福感,是現在每位員工都會面臨的問題。因此,本研究探討員工的堅毅人格、生涯適應力與幸福感之關係,並進一步檢驗生涯適應力在堅毅人格與幸福感之間的中介效果。
本研究透過問卷調查方式,以台灣地區各產業人員為研究對象,總計發放問卷533份問卷,回收有效問卷為411份,問卷有效率為84%,經階層迴歸分析後,研究結果如下:
一、 堅毅人格對幸福感具有正向影響
二、 堅毅人格對生涯適應力具有正向影響
三、 生涯適應力對幸福感具有正向影響
四、 生涯適應力在堅毅人格與幸福感之間具有中介效果

In today’s society, the faith of “changing is the forever truth” is what we need to face in the constantly changing industries and workplace.Because company can notalways sitting in the first place, likewise no one can always be guaranteed to have the job. For companies, they need a staff who can keep renew their skills. Therefore, to the staffs, how to use their own hardiness to self-adaptation and to make response in a rapidly changing work environment, and further to obtain well-being from the workplace and life is what everyone needs to face with. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship of hardiness, career adaptability and well-being, and examines the mediating effect of career adaptability on the relationship of hardiness and well-being.
This research use paper questionnairesto collect research data from the various industries in Taiwan. 533 questionnaires are sent out, and 411valid questionnaires are collected, the effective response rate is 84%.results obtained through regression analysis is as following:
1. Hardiness has a positive effect on well-being.
2. Hardiness has a positive effect on career adaptability.
3. Career adaptability has a positive effect on well-being.
4. Career adaptability has a mediating effect on the relationship of hardiness and well-being.
