本研究以台灣部分工時員工為研究對象,探討部分工時員工之主管領導風格並對部分工時員工工作敬業心之影響並分析員工正向情緒之中介效果。
本研究採問卷式方便抽樣研究,紙本問卷發放400份回收,回收291份,有效221份;網路問卷採推薦填寫,填寫數115份,有效110份;總計紙本與網路問卷有效共331份。
經統計分析實證結果如下:一,主管之轉換型領導風格對部分工時員工之工作敬業心有顯著正向影響;二,主管之交易型領導風格對部分工時員工之工作敬業心有顯著正向影響;三,主管之轉換型領導風格對部分工時員工之正向情緒有顯著正向影響;四,主管之交易型領導風格對部分工時員工之正向情緒有顯著正向影響;五,部分工時員工之正向情緒對其工作敬業心有正向影響;六,正向情緒對主管之轉換型領導風格與工作敬業心之關係有部分之中介效果;七,正向情緒對主管之交易型領導風格與工作敬業心之關係有部分之中介效果。

The purpose of this study was to investigate leadership of manager in part-time workers and analyzes the influence of their work engagement and the mediating effect of positive emotion, which takes part-time workers in Taiwan as a sample.
We developed web-based and paper-based questionnaire as a research tool. 400 paper-based questionnaires were issued, and 291 were returned but 221 were effective. 115 web-based questionnaires were issued, and 110 were effective. There are total 331 valid questionnaires.
The results of the statistical analysis show that (1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on work engagement of part-time workers. (2) Transaction leadership has a positive influence on positive emotion of part-time workers. (3) Transformational leadership positively affects positive emotion of part-time workers. (4) Transaction leadership positively affects positive emotion of part-time workers. (5) Positive emotion of part-time workers generates positive influence upon work engagement of them. (6) Transformational leadership and work engagement are partially mediated by positive emotion. (7) Transaction leadership and work engagement are partially mediated by positive emotion.
