本研究針對台灣1500大企業進行研究,採用問卷的方式進行調查,旨在探討人力資源管理控制系統與薪資策略構面的關係,以瞭解當企業採用各種人力資源管理控制類型時,薪資策略構面的差異性,回收之有效問卷,共計166份,其研究結果發現如下所示。
一、人力資源管理控制系統的投入控制,與薪資策略中的本薪占比、福利占比、激勵薪占比、市場定位、內部公平性、職務給薪及技能給薪具有正向關係。
二、人力資源管理控制系統的行為控制,與薪資策略中的激勵薪占比具有正向關係。
三、人力資源管理控制系統的結果控制,與薪資策略中的本薪占比、福利占比、激勵薪占比、績效調薪及績效獎勵具有正向關係。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the Human Resource Management Control System and Compensation Strategy to understand the impact of the adoption of different human resource management control system types on the selection of compensation strategies. In this study, a total of 166 enterprises were surveyed by questionnaire in Taiwan, and the results were found as follows:
First, input control of Human Resource Management Control System is a positive correlated with Compensation Strategies in the proportion of salary, proportion of benefits, proportion of incentives, market positioning, internal equity, job-based pay and skills-based pay.
Second, behavior control of Human Resource Management Control System is a positive correlated with Compensation Strategies in the proportion of incentives.
Third, output control of Human Resource Management Control System is a positive correlated with Compensation Strategies in the proportion of salary, proportion of benefits, proportion of incentives, performance pay and performance reward.
