當前都市公園就量而言，面積早已不足，且用地取得困難，要新闢建公園
非常不易；就質而言，目前公園之規劃設計是一種"供應者導向"的設計，
往往忽略每個地區社會環境及使用者階層差異。再者從研究文獻中顯示，
都市公園對居民的重要性，過去研究往往偏重於日間的設施活動及使用情
形，忽略夜間活動及使用者之需求。有鑒於此，本研究試圖應用使用後評
估方法，從都市公園照明現況進行調查評估，了解使用者對目前環境的滿
意程度，評估現有照明環境的優劣所在，並提出改善建議，同時由實際調
查中，分析出良好公園照明所應具備的條件及其標準所在，建立起都市公
園照明具體可行的評估內容，其目的如下：一、擬定公園中照明的評估內
容。二、探討公園使用者對公園照明的評價及影響評價之因素。三、比較
實質環境評估結果及使用者評估結果。經由實例研究建立公園照明評估內
容及方法；公園照明評估內容，含公園本身之發展緣由、實質環境行為調
查及照明設施調查三方面。使用者評價公園照明及其影響評價因素：中山
公園照明環境影響評價之因素，依重要程度排序為1.照明亮度、2.治安情
形、3.環境景觀等三項；而中正公園照明環境影響評價之因素排序為1.治
安情形、2.燈光顏色、3.活動安全、4.襯托環境特色、5.照明亮度。相互
對照發現，遊客於夜間使用公園所重視的不外乎為治安情形、照明亮度以
及環境景觀三大類。
As the amount of urban park today. The area of urban park is
not sufficient and difficult to get. As the quality of the
park, the planning design of the park today is the "supplier
leading" type. This research tries to use the P.O.E. method to
understand the user''s degree of satisfaction of the
environment. The purpose indicates that: 1. Drawing up the
evaluation criteria of park lighting. 2. Exploring the user''s
perception of park lighting and the factors that influence the
perception. 3. Comparing the actual environmental evaluation
and the user''s evaluation result. Through a case study the
evaluation and method of building park lighting is justfied.
The factors that affect the lighting environment in the
Chung-san park are in the order of their effectivesness;
1. brightness of lighting, 2. environmental security,
3. environmental landscape. The factors in the Chung-
cheng park are, in the order of effectiveness; 1.
environmental security, 2. colour of lighting, 3.
activity safety, 4. accentuate the environmental character, 5.
brightness of lighting. We can see that after comparing
the two park''s evaluation, the three main qualities of
the park that the visitors loof for during night time
are: security, brightness, and environmental view.
