臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

以臺灣地區上市、上櫃21家食品工業廠商為研究對象，研究期間為2003至2007年共5個年度，利用資料包絡分析法（DEA）之BCC投入導向模型並輔以Malmquist生產力指數模型作跨年度成長分析，進行生產效率分析，本研究實證結果如下：
一、BCC投入導向模型：對21家廠商2003至2007年相對最具效率者為味全、統一、聯華實業、大統益、天仁茶業及恆義等6家。
二、Malmquist生產力指數模型：2004至2005年之生產力變動指數（TFPC）、規模效率變動（SEC）及2005至2006年之規模效率變動（SEC）平均值大於1，顯示較上年度有進步。2004至2005年之技術效率變動（TEC）平均值等於1，表示與上年度無異外。餘效率變動平均值均小於1，表示呈現衰退現象。
三、在敏感度分析結果得出「營業成本」是整體產業營運效率最重要的考慮變數。

This research examines the operational efficiency of 21 firms in the food industry that are listed in Taiwan’s stock exchange market for a period of five years, namely from 2003 to 2007 by using BCC input-based efficiency model of Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） and Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) to measure the production efficiency, technical efficiency change value and Malmquist productivity index (MPI). The major empirical results are as follows:
1.With BCC input-based efficiency model, it can be seen that among 21 firms, the following six firms have showed relatively more efficiency: Wei Chuan, Uni-president, Lien Hwa Industrial Corporation, Ttet Union Corporation, Ten Ren and Herng Yih Food Industrial.
2.With the results of Malmquist Productivity Index:The total factor productivity change (TFPC), the scale efficiency change (SEC) in 2004-2005, and the scale efficiency change (SEC) in 2005-2006 is showed a greater than 1 in MPI, it indicated a better efficiency than the previous year. The MPI of the technical efficiency change in 2004-2005 equals to 1, showing no change from the previous year. For the MPI of the other efficiency change are less than 1, it showed a decline from the previous year.
3.From Sensitivity analysis result, it indicated that the operation cost is the most important variable for considering of the operational efficiency in the entire foods industry.
