Abstract This study adopts the V-map teaching strategy composed with cognitive sontradition theory and Pavio’s binary encoding theory in junior high school nature science through action research.The aim of the study is in the process of adopting the V-map teaching strategy in junior high school nature science, teacher experience problems, students are affected by this teaching strategy and how make a self-examination and adjust between teaching change process.The data which were comprised of classroom observation video recordec types, student’s quasi-instruction interviews, teacher’s self-examination dialy records, student’s learn record and homework evaluations. The researcher gets some finding by planing,action,pathering and analyzing data,and through the triangulation.the findings are: 1.Researcher can promote the interaction between teacher-students, students-students by asking skill through V-map teaching strategy. 2.Students delicate their knowledge and thinking and hold more careful attitude for science in specific situations through V-map teaching strategy. 3.Students like such teaching method and affirm V-map teaching strategy. The researcher also gets some finding by self-examination and improvement processes.the findings are: 1.Teacher must have deeply understandings and completely train for V-map teaching strategy. 2.For the plan of teaching activity, teacher must have the ability to design or choice lively and suitable teaching. 3.Teacher must master effectively Curriculum schedule, the time of teaching activity.
