隨著網路的發達及普遍,愈來愈多的企業及個人利用網路傳輸語音及資料,即時通訊更是提供企業及個人縮短溝通距離的工具及達成即時溝通的需求,因此許多的企業為了降低通信成本及為了達成即時溝通效果而使用即時通訊。
  
  本研究是以科技接受模式探討某電信公司員工使用企業協同作業即時通(UC),藉以了解員工使用企業協同作業即時通(UC)的使用意願、使用態度、認知有用、認知易用及電腦自我效能之間之關係,藉由此研究可提供公司日後在開發新應用軟體之依據。
  
  本研究採用問卷調查收集資料,問卷對象為該電信員工,本研究之所有假設皆成立,並驗證顯示員工的電腦自我效能愈好認知易用就愈高,認知易用愈高認知有用就愈高,認知易用及認知有用愈高使用態度就愈佳,而使用態度及認知有用愈佳使用意願就愈強。
With the Internet increasing and spread quickly, more and more cooperation using the internet to transmit the data and voice. To decrease the communication fee and achieve the communication goal, the instant message like MSN, Yahoo Messanger are accpetted by cooperation.

This study is to investigate the telecommunication employee using instant message with TAM model and computer slef-efficacy. The data was collected by questionnaire from employee. And all hypothesis were testified and verified so that it find out the influence of the perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use,and the attitude toward using and behavioral intention of use and computer self-efficacy are obviously.

It contributes the cooperation develops new application in the future could put the perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use, the attitude toward using , behavioral intention of use and computer self-efficacy into consideration. The developed application cab be easily use to fulfill employee requirement.
