在當代的都市環境中，面對越來越侷促的居住面積，彈性的設計方法是未來住宅設計必然的趨勢，同樣急速發展的越南胡志明市也不例外。
在此研究中，我們試圖藉由對一些空間及家具案例的研究，歸納出彈性設計的幾種方法；並借鏡於開放建築設計的相關理論，試圖擬定一個彈性設計的程序。最後，依循先前所研究歸納之方法及程序，以胡志明市的一處實際公寓為基地，進行設計模擬，意圖能容納此一居住者，在此居住期間之五種以上之使用變化。

Face to the reducing of living area in modern urban environment now, flexible design is a consequential tendency in future house design. That also include Ho Chi Minh City_The rapidly developing city in Vietnam.
In the research, we concluded some ways in flexible design by case studing on flexible space and furniture design, and refered to the theory of open building. We attempt to frame a design process for flexible house design. Finally, follow the method and process, we chose a real interior space in Ho Chi Minh City, and design an interior system that is capable of more than 5 variations for user.
