Due to the severe competition in the domestic and international market, products that are with high quality and low cost will survive. Taguchi quality engineering is the right methodology applied to achieve the goal. It covers the entire product systems. This research makes on a basic industry-food industry. The static design applied in two successive process steps. Two quality characteristics-weight and shape ,are concerned in this research. Noise factors do not isolate from the factor being studied, but take directly on the control factor. Use Taguchi methods and ANOVA analysis methods to analyze the data and to make comparison with each other to ascertain results.
