摘 要

隨著時代潮流的演進從以前的農業時代到現在的電子科技產業時代，那麼未來的10年、20年將會是生技產業的時代。本研究是藉由「產業分析」的模組來加以探討生技製藥產業未來發展的研究，並且經由案例探討此產業和產品於生技製藥產業價值鏈中的獲利模式，以提昇生技產業的附加價值，促進國內生技製藥產業的發展，同時加強跨國合作。
台灣的生技製藥產業越來越蓬勃發展，而且生物技術本身具有很高的「跨領域整合性」與「生物科學關聯性」。此產業如何運用不同的競爭策略創造經營成功的優勢條件，更是生技製藥產業未來的努力方針。抗老養生的樂活概念 (LOHAS)愈來愈風行，台灣近年來也吹起樂活風潮，在政府及民間企業的積極投入之下，政府已經於2007年9月中宣布生技產業是下一波的「兆元產業」。
因此，本論文是以台灣具有「兩兆雙星」未來明星產業之一的生技產業，欲探討我國生技製藥產業的重要績效指標，根據經濟部工業局2001年所發布之「新興生物技術產業」，以台灣生技製藥產業做為研究範圍；再以五個構面來探討生技製藥這些公司他們的經營績效作為投資評估之研究指標。
最後，本論文是針對台灣生技製藥產業重要績效指標，研擬出產業發展之競爭策略。希望本論文的生技產業分析與研究結果，對於我國未來發展生技產業的政策走向，能夠提供給大家審慎的參考與對於新興產業作為投資理財的依據，並且幫助生技製藥產業的發展與擬定策略，使得台灣的生技製藥產業在未來具有宏觀的發展潛力以及在國際上擁有持續性的競爭力。

Abstract
Reach in present electronic scientific and technological industry era from agricultural era in the past with the gradual progress of the tendency of the day, so it will be the biotechnology industry times in the future 10 years or 20 years.This research is to confer the future development of biotechnology by the mould of the industry analysis, and confer this industry profit-making way in the value chain of pharmacy industry and products via the case, in order to promote and grow the additional value of the biotechnology industry, promote the development of the domestic biotechnology pharmacy industry and promote the cooperative relation of the different country at the same time.
The biotechnology industry grows more and more vigorously in Taiwan, and biotechnologies itself have a very high「diverse field integration」and「bioscience relationship」in Taiwan. The advantage condition of successful management is how this industry uses different competitive strategies to create; especially it will be biotechnology industry's future diligent policy. Anti-ageing happy living concept (LOHAS) prevails more and more. The happy agitation has became more popular in Taiwan in recent years, because of the positive invest of the government and folk enterprise, government claimed the biotechnology will be the next 「a million million of industry」generation on September 2007.
Therefore, this thesis is to confer the biotechnology industry which is one of future industries of Taiwan 「two million million double star」, and confer the Key Performance Index belongs to the biotechnology industry of our country, according to「the new developing biological technical industry」which was announced by the economic department industrial office in 2001, the research range will be the biotechnology pharmacy industry of Taiwan. This thesis conferring the investment assessment based on industry analysis and performance measures with five aspects.
In conclusion, this research is to confer the Key Performance Index of the biotechnology industry in Taiwan, and draws up industry's development competitive strategy. This final result for this research is anticipate offering scrupulous reference to everybody and regard as the basis of the investment finance for the new industry and for the policy trend of the biotechnology industry's future development in our country, and try to help the biotechnology industry development and draw the strategies, in order to make the biotechnology industry in Taiwan have lasting competitiveness and the development potentiality with macroscopic in the future worldwide.
