在最近的幾年當中,人們對無線網路的應用是越來越關心了,而品質保證的問題在無線網路中更是一個很嚴重的問題。在無線蜂巢式網路下,我們可以簡單把如何保證品質的問題歸納為新使用者進入蜂巢時阻塞率的問題跟當使用者當在移動時突然發生中斷率的問題。 根據之前的研究,我們知道固定式的資源保留跟動態式的資源保留的方法不能針對每個使用者完全滿足保障他的品質,所以我們提供了一個方法利用針對不同的使用者去保障他們的資源進而滿足他們的資源保證。而這個方法必須跟現行的架構完全相同。它主要包含三個部分,第一部分是預先保留資源的方法。第二部分是連線的許可控制,而最後一個部分是局部的資源管理方法。

In recent years, people are interested in applications of wireless networks. And the QoS guarantee is a big problem for the applications to be practical. In the wireless cellular network, the QoS guarantee is simply to cater to the blocking probability of new user and the dropping probability of handoff user. According to the previous researches, the fixed and DCA(Dynamic Channel Allocation) strategy for channel allocation cannot perfectly satisfy the QoS guarantee for each user. So we propose a method that the bandwidth is reserved based on user’s moving pattern. We also present a strategy to overcome the QoS guarantee problem. It is compatible with current infrastructure and consists of the three parts: I. Predictive resource reservation strategy. II. Call admission control. III. Local resource management algorithm. Simulation results indicate its effectiveness.
