本研究探討企業智慧資本、組織學習能力與創新績效之影響。過去研究較少探討智慧資本和組織學習能力兩者的關係,因此智慧資本中的人力資本、流程資本、創新資本、關係資本與組織學習能力之間的關係有待確認。本文透過文獻探討來確認重要變數構面及建立研究架構,接著以智慧資本觀點來分析相關變數之間的關係,提出研究假設,並以國內科技業為實證對象,採用問卷調查,共回收有效問卷276份。研究結果顯示:(一)智慧資本對組織學習能力的影響是正向且顯著的,而且以人力資本與關係資本較為顯著;(二)智慧資本對創新績效的影響是正向且顯著的,而且以人力資本與創新資本較為顯著;(三)組織學習能力對創新績效是正向且顯著的;(四)組織學習能力對智慧資本與創新績效之關係具有中介效果。本文有助於釐清智慧資本、組織學習能力、創新績效之關係,一方面可補足過去文獻缺口,瞭解科技業除了需積極培養組織學習能力外,更必須重視智慧資本四構面與組織學習能力及創新績效的關連性互動,藉此增進企業競爭力。

This study aimed to examine the influence among intellectual capital, organizational learning capability and innovation performance. Previous studies rarely examine the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational learning capability. Therefore, the relationship among intellectual capital in human capital, innovation capital, process capital and relational capital and organizational learning remained futher comfirmation. This study confirmed variable dimension and establishing study construction through literary documents and then by using the viewpoints of intellectual capital to analyse the relationship between relevant variables and propose hypothese. This study also employed questionnaire survey method and collected 276 valid responses of firms as empirical objects listed on the technological industry as empirical objects. The results showed that:(I) The impact of intellectual capital on organizational learning capabilities was positive and significant. The effect of human capital and relational capital on the production of organizational learning ability was significant. (II) The impact of intellectual capital on innovation performance was positive and significant. The effect of human capital and innovation capital on the production of organizational learning ability was significant. (III) The impact of organizational learning capability on innovation performance was positive and significant. (IV) That organizational learning capability played a mediating role between intellectual capital and organizational performance. The study, thus, proves the correlation among intellectual capital, organizational learning capabilities and innovation performance. It helps us to understand the importance of intellectual capital and innovation performance. Furthermore, for technological industries, it encourages us to actively cultivate organizational learning capabilities in order to enhance business competitiveness.
