In recent years, the market environment of air transportation industry in Taiwan area is changed rapidly, by the promotion of government''s open sky policy and the assurance of the government''s long-term objective---Asia air hub. Since most of the airlines enlarge their aircraft scale, the domestic air transportation market was under the condition of surplus capacity by excess supply. Nowadays, the fatal competition of discounting between the airlines will turn off and on. As a result of orient shifting of world economic center, the demand of air transportation consumption in Asis-Pacific area is growing rapidly. Therefore, every country in Asia-Pacific area make efforts to rush ahead of the worthy international passenger transportation market. Moreover, the great advantage of Taiwan as the geographic center of Asia-Pacific area should be respected all the more. However, what should the Taiwan''s airlines do to make a success within, international competition? It is the motivity and interesting of this study. The objective of this study is researching the "Key Success Factor(KSF) of scheduled airlines operation".
