網絡策略分析主要以網絡動態、網絡管理、網絡關係、網絡結構為考量,檢視企業在受到內、外部環境的影響之下,其將如何調整網絡策略,以適應環境的變遷。台灣製鞋產業自1980年代以來,面臨國內生產成本大幅上漲,因而導致廠商大量外移;再則,由於新興開發中國家的興起,使得國內廠商面臨來自這些國家的傾銷,而需承受更大的低價競爭壓力。本研究以製鞋業為對象,探討該業網絡策略型態,隨著環境的改變以及外部可依賴的資源調整,對網絡策略分別產生哪些變化,並比較個案廠商之間,網絡策略轉換之差異。基於研究目的為探討台灣製鞋產業網絡策略的動態歷程,為了有效釐清過程中的複雜關係,以及清楚說明製鞋廠商與外在環境的互動細節,則採用多個案研究法是合適的,該質化的研究方法可透由深度訪談製鞋廠商之經營者與產業專家(公會理事長),以瞭解該產業的發展歷史,並藉由個案廠商縱斷面的角度,探討與瞭解四家個案廠商網絡策略轉變的過程與內涵。
研究發現,台灣製鞋產業的網絡策略類型大致分為八大類,分別為初創型網絡、適應型網絡、代工型網絡、策略夥伴型網絡、發展型網絡、轉換型網絡、替代型網絡、整合型網絡。製鞋廠在發展過程中,因加強品質控管、研發設計的能力,而提升其適應環境變化的能力,並有益於自創品牌的成功。
This study investigates how Taiwan shoes enterprises to change network dynamics, network management, network relationship, and network structure to accommodate the influence of internal and external environment, then to vary network strategic types in order to adapt environmental changes. Through the longitudinal study of four companies to investigate processes and content of network strategies change. Study found that the network strategic types of Taiwan shoes industry can be categories of Newly Established Network, Adaptive Network, OEM Network, Strategic Partnership Network, Developed Network, Transformational Network, Alternative Network, Integrated Network. Shoes factories reinforce product quality control, R & D capacity, enhance their ability to adapt environmental change, and let them accumulate the energy for OBM.
