This thesis proposes a set of new methods that are able to provide calculations to the power flow of individual lines contributed by each line’s user while operating a power transmission system in open access, with the calculation to decide the transmission’s cost ratio. This thesis makes use of the system’s load flow result, and also uses various views taken from Superposition Circuit Theory by with using the Y Bus matrix to calculate the power transmitted over lines of individual participants. This method of calculation is simple, having used no artificial assumptions, and is based on the foundation of Circuit Theory. This thesis focuses on problems arising from line charging while calculating the power flow allocation on each transmission line, and proposes three kinds of transacting methods. This thesis describes a 5-bus system, gives an explanation of the details in the calculations, as well as the test of computer programs exploited for the IEEE 30 Bus system.
