The scale was developed to measure the Big-Five personality traits for members of church. Sampling from 463 members of church, the analysis was done by factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity test. The results show that neuroticism and extraversion are the most key factors that relate to religi-ous involvement considering three aspects: stability, time involved and programs participated. Extraversion is positively related to religious involvement, whereas neuroticism is negatively related. This is a self-report scale consisting of 29 items that measure extraversion (5 items), agreeableness (6 items), conscientiousness (6 items), neuroticism (4 items) and openness to experience (8 items). Each of the outcomes helps church to recruit full-time staffs and to deploy volunteers effectively. It also can be an indicator to shepherd church members.
