臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的係瞭解國中教師對CCTV影響校園安全維護功能認知及隱私權感受的現況差異，並探討不同背景變項對校園裝設CCTV、校園安全維護、校園被害恐懼感與隱私權侵害感受之關聯性與影響。
在文獻探討部分，首先整理CCTV在臺灣校園的應用發展，接著探討校園安全維護與犯罪學理論及犯罪被害恐懼感影響因素，最後討論校園裝置CCTV之爭議及可能侵害的隱私權問題。本研究採問卷調查法，以位於新北市「三峽區」、「樹林區」及「鶯歌區」的五所國中教職同仁為研究對象，獲得有效問卷共計153份。研究結果發現：
1.「不同性別與被害經驗的差異性分析」結果顯示，女教師比男教師對校園被害恐懼感較高；男教師對校園CCTV裝設的評價較女教師為高；曾有犯罪被害經驗者較無犯罪被害經驗者有較高的被害恐懼感。
2.「變項間相關性分析」結果發現，當CCTV功能提升時，教師對校園安全感受會跟著提升，也越不認為裝設CCTV會侵犯到自己的隱私權益；校園CCTV裝設情況越差時，教師對校園被害恐懼感也會增加。
3.「依變項之階層迴歸分析」結果發現，提升校園安全功能可負向預測校園恐懼感，表示提升CCTV校園安全功能時，則教師對校園恐懼感會降低。
本研究也討論了以CCTV裝設提升校園安全之建議。

The purpose of this study is to come to an understanding of the circumstances regarding the installation of the campus CCTV, and to look into whether or not the function of the video surveillance system conforms to the needs of the campus; moreover, whether or not the developed capabilities within the area of campus safety are ideal. If its efficacy is not clear, wherein lies the reason for its installation?
Reviewing the related technical documentation, first, to coordinate the application development of CCTV on Taiwan campuses, and then to probe into the controversy involving installation of CCTV on campuses and the possibility that it will infringe upon privacy rights. This research will utilize questionnaires. These questionnaires will encompass junior high schools within the administrative districts of Sanxia, Shulin, and Yingge, a total of 5 schools. A total of 153 valid questionnaires have been distributed. Analysis results showed that：
1. Different sex teacher’s CCTV installed on the campus and the fear of victimization are significant differences; Those who had victimization experience have a higher fear of victimization.
2. Installation of CCTV on campuses and the fear of campus victimization showed a significant negative correlation; The campus security and privacy rights showed a significant positive correlation.
3. Campus security is able to significant negative predict the fear of victimization on campus.
