進行用電設備卸載計畫是相當可行的電力負載控制方法,對抑制用電的峰值相當直接而有效。在直接負載控制方法中,如何將延遲轉移負載的影響減小是相當重要的課題。透過本研究所建構之行動式電能監控系統,將可有效消弭卸載時機所產生之影響,監控人員藉由系統所提供之資訊可以做出最妥慎的判斷與處置。本研究為利用行動通訊GPRS (Generalized packet radio service)系統之特質,隨時連線、高速傳輸、傳送數據以量計費等優點,作為監控中心與監控人員所持有的數位式行動電話的溝通橋樑,將受監控單元或使用者單元所需要傳遞的訊息,依據數據的產生或擷取的時序,隨時傳送類比式資料或數位式資料,讓監控人員能無時無刻與隨時隨地都能全天候的掌握負載訊息。
除此之外,在伺服端也採用行動通訊GPRS做為傳遞資料數據的通訊媒介,且伺服端系統以μclinux 為核心,應用嵌入式系統之獨特性加以整合。當嵌入式系統中的微處理機判斷、分析出監測點有異常狀況或當受控端發生用電量超過負載上限或與約容量時,馬上會驅動負載異常現象相對應的文字訊息或語音,透過行動通訊技術,依不同的通訊方式通報給管理人員知悉,以進行遠端卸載控制,降低用電負載,節省不必要的能源消耗與監控人力之行政支出。在最精簡的管理人力情況下,讓負載監控與節能方式能達到無管理時間死角與行動式管理之目的。
This paper implements a mobile monitor and control system for load management and energy saving application. The proposed system is designed using a 32-bit ARM-7 embedded microprocessor system to carry on power data processing and relay control through GPRS mobile communication. In order to provide a cost-effective, wireless, always-connected, two-way data link function capability, the proposed system establishes a remoter monitor and control center to manage power equipment operation data, power parameters and outage signals. To activate the data flow, GPRS is used to handle real time message in two ways, from equipments to the control server, and from operator to the equipments.
In this paper, the proposed system configuration is organized with hardware and software implementation. Normal operation and abnormal operation condition for a utility consumer is tested in real time performance. While receiving an outage alarm, the operator can promptly remotely manipulate the outage equipments at his decision. This ARM-7 CPU is operated in �戥Clinux Operation system. In the demonstration, the control server data base receives all equipment static power parameter data and real time operation data.
In this paper, the proposed system is successfully built up, and a full function of real time remote operation is tested with data collection, especially at a system outage. This paper verifies the proposed system is useful and effective to power equipment monitor and control in a real time and mobile condition.
