臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

日本企業集團(Keiretsu)的存在是否為造成其國內市場封閉，導致外國商品無法打入日本市場的原因，一直是相當受到關注的課題。過去探討企業集團的理論與實證研究均假設政策變數為外生，本文則建立一個簡單的不完全競爭市場模型，以同一國內上下游廠商交互持股(cross share holding)的行為來表現他們的集團關係。除了探討企業集團的交互持股行為對生產、貿易和價格之經濟效果外，並討論最適貿易政策(進口關稅與出口補貼)之制定如何受廠商交互持股行為之影響。
