Public relation provides an organization or individual exposure to their audiences using topics of public interest and news items that do not require direct payment. Their aim is often to persuade the public, investors, partners, employees and other stakeholders to maintain a certain point of view about the company, its leadership, products or political decisions. Common activities include speaking at conferences, winning industry awards, working with the press, and employee communication. The purpose of this study is determining the status of HD Bank's PR Activities through the evaluation of internal staffs, customers, social activist and authorities. Since then, complete PR activities in order to improve competitiveness of HD Bank. Descriptive statistic analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were used to understand the characteristics of each variable, to identify the underlying variables, and to see the main and interaction effects of categorical variables on multiple dependent interval variables.
The analysis results suggest that Publications, Events, News, Lobbying, Community Relations, and Social Investments impact the efficiency of public relations of HD bank. And “Publications”, “Events”, and “Social Investments” are crucial focus factors impact to efficiency of public relations of HD bank.
