本研究目的為探討產前瑜珈運動介入對懷孕婦女睡眠品質及孕期身心不適症狀之成效。本研究採類實驗研究方式,研究對象以立意取樣方式取自北部某醫學中心之婦產科產前門診之16~28週孕婦,經願意參與研究之孕婦簽署參與同意書後,除接受醫院常規性產前護理指導,實驗組執行每週二次,每次70分鐘,直至生產的產前瑜珈運動,控制組則不提供產前瑜珈運動或其他運動措施;共34位個案完成前測,完成後測1(介入措施四週後)及後測2(介入措施八週後)有29位個案。研究結果顯示實驗組孕婦在後測1、後測2與前測之孕婦睡眠品質達到顯著意義(p < 0.01)。在孕期身心不適症狀方面,孕婦在後測2與前測之孕期身心不適症狀達到顯著意義(p < 0.05)。影響孕婦睡眠品質之相關因素為孕婦年齡、體重、教育程度及目前是否工作,孕期身心不適症狀得分愈高其睡眠品質較差,同時睡眠品質與孕其身心不適症狀呈正相關。影響孕期身心不適症狀之相關因素為年齡及有無流產經驗。本研究在統計結果後的發現,產前瑜珈運動可減輕預期身心不適症狀及增進孕婦睡眠品質。建議能提供產前瑜珈運動作為產科相關單位在設計產前運動的參考。
The purpose of this study to explore prenatal yoga exercise intervention for pregnant women sleep quality and uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy effects. The quasi-experimental study,study to purposive sampling from the northern part of a medical center in the prenatal clinics of Obstetrics and Gynecology 16 to 28 weeks pregnant women, The voluntary participants in the study of pregnant women to sign consent to participate after, In addition to routine prenatal nursing education program, the implementation of the experimental group twice a week, each 70 minutes, until the production of prenatal yoga exercise, the control group does not provide prenatal yoga or other exercise measures; A total of 34 cases completed before the test, after the post-test 1 (four weeks after the intervention) and post-test 2 (eight weeks after the intervention) is 29 cases. The results showed that the experimental group of pregnant women in the post-test 1 and post-test 2, pregnant women and pre-test of the quality of sleep achieved significant (p < 0.01). Uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy, pregnant women in the post-test 2, with pre-test of uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy to achieve significant(p < 0.05). Pregnant women affect the quality of sleep related factors for maternal age, weight, education level and whether the work, uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy scored higher its poor quality of sleep, sleep quality and physical and uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy was positively correlated. Pregnant women affect the of uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy related factors for age and whether abortion experience. The results of this study found that prenatal yoga exercise is expected to reduce uncomfortable symptom of physical and psychological during pregnancy and the promotion of pregnant women sleep quality. The proposal to provide prenatal yoga exercise as obstetric units in the design of prenatal exercise program for reference.
