一般存貨模式中最常見到補貨率無限的訂購模式,但是在現實生活中,這種訂購模式並不常見,且不符合實際,因此本論文主要是在發展一個補貨率有限下之生產存貨模式.而且,在以前的存貨模式皆是以買方立場來考量,很少考慮賣方的立場,在競爭非常激烈的市場中,如何兼顧買賣雙方的立場,使其各得其利,達到雙贏之地步,是本論文所要研究的課題.因此在本模式中我們亦同時考慮買賣雙方的立場. 本論文的主要目的是在一有限的規畫期間內,補貨率有限的條件裡,且買方的需求隨時間指數分配變動情況下,推導出一個使買賣雙方達到雙贏的最佳聯合成本之存貨模式.研究的範圍則是針對單一買方與單一賣方的情況予以討論,而所考慮的存貨是屬於連續損耗中的固定損耗,影響買方需求的因素僅考慮時間因子,而且以指數需求來說明. 本論文是在補貨率有限下,同時考慮買賣雙方與需求隨時間指數分配變動的因素.式一中,首先探討損耗性產品在需求隨時間指數分配變動下之訂購模式,且不允許缺貨;模式二則是延伸模式一且為生產存貨模式.本論文的模式是在找出買賣雙方間的聯合總成本最低為目標,由於模式無法以傳統最佳化方式找出最佳解,因此利用數值方法輔以程式語言來求出最佳解,最後並以數值範例來說明.

Most researches in inventory consider model with infinite replenishment rate. In our study, we develop an inventory model under finite replenishmentrate. Inventory research used to consider from the perspective of the buyer, veryfew consider from the perspectives of both the buyer and the seller. Our study considers the perspectives of both the buyer and the seller as wellas the joint cost for finite replenishment model. In model I, we discussdeteriorating products when demand changes exponential with time. The model doesnot allow for shortage. In model II, we extend model I to consider finite replenishment rate. The objective of this study is to develop an optimal joint cost from theperspectives of both the buyer and the seller. A computer code is developed to find the optimal solution. Numerical examples and sensitively analysis are givento validate the results.
