臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在建立一個以教學為導向的GIS介面之地理資訊教學網站，藉由數值地圖的匯入與轉換、GIS軟體的輔助以及ActionScript的程式設計，經過圖資處理、屬性編修、介面設計、圖面配置等過程，逐步完成GIS介面之地理資訊教學網站的建置，同時從教學者的觀點加以評估後提出建議，並依據系統開放原則，提出改進。主要研究結果如下：
1.Flash可以應用於WebGIS的互動技術開發上。
2.XML可以應用於地理資訊格式的轉換上。
3.交通路網數值地圖的圖層內容足以提供地理資訊教學網站的需要。
4.網站GIS介面功能（如地圖放大／縮小、地圖移動、經緯度、圖層顯示／隱藏、屬性標籤顯示、提供相關連結等），足以提供地理資訊教學網站的需要。
5.網頁內容應結合課程單元，提供教學素材供教師下載引用。
6.現職國小教師具有高度意願，結合地理資訊教學網站輔助教學。

The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based learning system with GIS interface. By 2002 National Transportation Road Network Digital Atlas, GIS software and Flash ActionScript, the researcher has constructed the web-based learning system with GIS interface including the process of ActionScript programming, map disposing, attribute compiling, interface designing. Besides, elementary teachers have provided relevant suggestions for the website through the questionnaire. At the same time, according to bases propose of open systems, the researcher has provided improving method. The main results of this research are as follows:
1.Flash could be used as the inter-dynamic technology on the WebGIS development.
2.XML could be used as the conversion of geographical information format.
3.Layers of 2002 National Transportation Road Network Digital Atlas were satisfying the general geographical information websites’ teaching need.
4.Functions for the GIS Website (map enlarge / dwindle, map move, longitude and latitude, layer show / hide, attribute label, hyperlink etc.) were satisfying the general geographical information websites’ teaching need.
5.Webpage should integrate the related curriculum, and offering the teaching contents for teacher's download.
6.Elementary school teachers are willing to integrate GIS websites into instruction.
