In today's increasingly competitive industry, many enterprises face the problem of rising raw material costs, so if companies do not have a very strong competitive edge, certainly not easy to sustainable development. Taiwan's industry has been faced with market saturation bottlenecks, each manufacturer in order to maintain domestic market share and win export orders are committed to continuous improvement in product quality and increase production efficiency. In addition to use a variety of statistical control tools, they must use effective error proofing to reduce the negligence of staff, and thus avoid quality defects. This paper presents a method to improve production efficiency and quality. This method can not only reduce inventory, identify hidden problems, but also make employees of the company have a sense of identity, solidarity, and the concept of teamwork. The responsible level and on-site management capabilities of management personnel will directly affect the efficiency and competitiveness of the factory management, but also directly affect the product quality, cost, employee safety and morale. An effective cost control method is proposed in this paper. This method can not only improve communication and coordination to make team management better, but also reduce production costs, improve quality and work efficiency, gain more profits for businesses.
