Everything can be copied, but only experience can't be copied; especially for financial management, the experience of parents and seniors may be referenced, but it does not mean that the way to solve financial problems is the same, especially in this network high-speed transmission. In the era, the market is constantly changing, investment tools are innovating, financial behavior is changing, trading methods are virtual, and monetary value is converted. How can modern people learn financial knowledge efficiently, cultivate financial ability, quickly accumulate wealth management experience, improve judgment, accelerate financial freedom, and achieve life goals?
This study hopes to use in-depth interviews with industry professionals to use experience and presentations through cash flow game financial aids and interactive experience courses through questionnaires and qualitative analysis. 401 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the empirical results were used to discuss the financial education, financial literacy, financial behavior and learning effectiveness of participants through cash flow board games, and to verify relevant research hypotheses. The results are as follows: "Financial Education" has a significant positive impact on "Financial Behavior", "Learning Effectiveness" and "Financial Behavior". "Financial Behavior" has a significant positive impact on "Financial Behavior" and "Learning Effectiveness". "Financial Behavior" has a significant positive impact on "learning effectiveness". "Financial Education" has a significant positive impact on "learning effectiveness" through "financial literacy". Intermediary effects exist and have some intermediary effects. It is 43.58%. "Financial Education" has a significant positive impact on "learning effectiveness" through "financial behavior". The intermediary effect exists and has some intermediary effects. The effect strength of the interface is only 5.01%. Financial literacy and financial behavior have a complete intermediary effect (remote intermediary) on the relationship between “financial education and learning effectiveness”.
