臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

我國新移民婦女生產數佔總生產數的1/8，過去少有針對新移民婦女母乳哺餵的社會支持、涵化因子與其母乳哺餵的相關研究。本研究目的為描述新移民婦女產後3個月的母乳哺餵率及檢驗社會支持、涵化因子對新移民婦女產後3個月的母乳哺餵之影響。
本研究為橫斷性調查，以士林、北投區的女性外籍配偶為母群體，採面訪方式共收案210位（中國藉111位、越南籍99位）新移民婦女。研究變項包含背景資料、社會支持、涵化因子，包括：社會同化、社會態度、來到台灣的時間、使用台灣的語言、婆婆及媽媽的母乳哺餵經驗、感受母國及台灣本地對母乳之接受度等。
結果顯示產後3個月時有73.3％採行母乳哺餵（純母乳59％、混合母乳哺餵14.3％）。『伴侶年齡為40-44歲』（OR＝4.35、95％CI＝1.30-14.55）、『本人年齡是24歲以下』（OR＝2.77、95％CI＝1.05-7.29）、『本人教育程度國小以下』（OR＝4.97、95％CI＝1.14-21.76）、『台灣婆婆有母乳哺餵經驗』（OR＝3.4、95％CI＝1.29-9.29）、『感受台灣本地對母乳的接受程度高者』（OR＝2.17、95％CI＝1.46-2.33），較會母乳哺餵。但『實質支持』（OR＝0.9、95％CI＝0.86-0.97）越高越不採母乳哺餵。
本研究發現中國及越南藉新移民婦女母乳哺餵情形較其原生國低，健康專業人員應加強她們對台灣母乳哺餵接受度的認知，以提升她們對於母乳哺餵的評價其衛教及措施應增加婆婆之參與，使其對母乳哺餵有正向的認知，以支持新移民婦女增加母乳哺餵。

One-eighth of all births in Taiwan were given births by new-immigrant mothers. Few studies have researched social support, acculturation, and their relationship to breastfeeding among new-immigrant mothers. The objectives of this study were to describe rate of breastfeeding and to examine the effect of social support and acculturation factors on breastfeeding at three months postpartum among new-immigrant mothers.
This study was a cross-sectional survey. The study population was new-immigrant mothers in Shihlin and Beitou Districts of Taipei City. The study recruited 210 new-immigrant mothers (China 111 and Vietnam 99). The study variables included background variables, social support, and acculturation factors (including social assimilation, social attitude, lengths staying in Taiwan, use of local language, breastfeeding of mothers and mother-in-laws, and perceived level of acceptance of breastfeeding in Taiwan and in their mother countries).
The rates of exclusive and partial breastfeeding at three months postpartum were 59％ and 14.3％, respectively. The binary logistic regression results showed that the women whose husbands being 40-44 years of age were 4.4 times more likely to breastfeed than younger than 34 years of age（OR＝4.35、95％CI＝1.30-14.55）. Women younger than 24 years of age were 2.8 times more likely to breastfeed than 25-29 years of age（OR＝2.77、95％CI＝1.05-7.29）. Women with an educational level of elementary school or lower were 5 times more likely to breastfeed than senior high school or higher（OR＝0.03、95％CI＝1.14-21.76）. Women whose mother- in –laws had breastfeeding experiences were 3.4 times more likely to bresatfeed（OR＝3.4、95％CI＝1.29-9.29）. Perceived level of acceptance of breastfeeding in Taiwan by new- immigrant mothers was positively associated with breastfeeding（OR＝2.17、95％CI＝1.46-2.33）. Higher instrumental support was associated with less breastfeeding（OR＝0.9、95％CI＝0.86-0.97）.
The results suggested that rate of breastfeeding among the Chinese and Vietnamese new-immigrant mothers were lower than in their mother countries. Health professionals should enhance their perceived acceptance of breastfeeding in Taiwan and promote positive appraisal of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding education toward new-immigrant mothers should involve the mother-in-laws in order to increase support and breastfeeding among new-immigrant mothers.
