本研究主要是在探討在花蓮縣瑞穗鄉進行在地社區心理工作之過程，反思進行一個在地實踐的心理工作方式以及批判傳統心理諮商工作的內容與方式。
在第一章緒論的部分，研究說明了進行研究的動機與對於受苦的思考與理解，也說明了研究想要探討的問題。在第二章知識論中，研究提到對於研究相關知識的探討與說明，包含受苦與療癒是一種對於人們生活處境之轉化，以及人文地理學人與地互相影響的觀念。再來說明了社區諮商的理念與對現況的探討，接著談論到對於於研究態度之思考。
在第三章方法論中，研究討論到了文本收集方式以及反思觀點，也就是民族誌與反思民族誌的觀點。接著研究說明了文本分析的方法與觀念，也就是透過現象學的方式來分析工作整體經驗與工作者心理歷程。在第四章研究倫理中，研究提到了本篇研究的研究倫理並對於現有的倫理守則應用於社區諮商時有一些批判與思考。
在第五章研究結果中的部分，研究說明了關於文本分析後整體經驗以及心理歷程之結果，並且提出工作者自身的反身性思考。接著在第六章研究結果討論中，研究提出了三個思考，分別是社區實際的樣貌、現有心理工作者訓練之不足，以及對於心理工作在地實踐與社會正義之建議。最後在第七章的研究反思部分，研究提到了關於看見工作者自身角色、行動與人們受苦之重要，並在最後強調了透過進入地方、看見地方的受苦、回到受苦的倫理之關於實踐在地心理工作之反思與行動建議。

This study is to explore the process of mental work in the local community at Ruisui Township, Hualien County, the reflection carried out in a practiced way of working and the critique of traditional psychological consultative work content and form.

In the section of the first chapter, studies illustrate the motivation for the research and suffering of thinking and understanding, research also shows that the problem want to explore. In the second chapter epistemology, the study mentioned research knowledge Discussion and description, including suffering and healing is a concept of the transformation of people's living conditions,and in the human geography discuss how people and place influence each other.Then this chapter also illustrate the ideas and discussion of the status of community consultation, and then talk about reflection on research for Attitude.

In the third chapter methodology, study discuss the ways to gather and reflect on the text view, which is the reflection ethnography and ethnography. Then studies illustrate the methods and concepts of textual analysis, that is the phenomenological approach to analyzing the overall work experience and workers psychological process. In the fourth chapter is research ethics, research ethics is applied research and community consultation have some criticism and reflection for the existing code of ethics.

In the fifth chapter is the results in part on studies , it illustrates the text after the analysis of the overall experience, and the results of psychological process, and discuess the worker's reflexive thinking. Then in the sixth chapter discuss findings, the researchers proposed three think, are the real faces of the community, insufficient training of existing workers, as well as recommendations for practical work on the ground and social justice. Finally, in chapter seventh of reflective part, the studies discuess worker should see their role, action, and the suffering of the people, and in the end emphasized by entering the place and saw the place suffering, suffering back on ethics in practice reflection and action recommendations to the psychological work.
