Creative Network With the booming trends of personal studios world widely, Taiwan is keen to develop its multiplicating creativities. Especially the local communities usually take information transformation as the platform of communication. In other word, the speed of information flows diminishes the gap of time and space. Changes are unpredictable, and the relationship between people and people, people and job are flowing. Facing this trend, the transformation arouse by the creative new lives cannot be ignored any longer. In this paper, this issue is discussed from the perspective of a 20-30 something individual design and architecture artist. In early years, individual artist tended to work alone, while today those individuals cooperate with each other and merges into small studios. Sometimes, those small studios will cooperate with companies of medium size as well. From individuals to groups, the young generations posses the knowledge of Internet skills and make it the start point of their business. New ideas are being searched and reproduced continuously. Therefore, computer has become the essential equipment for those individual workers, including surfing internet occasionally. They usually spend daytimes for meetings or exchanging information with others, and start their work in the night. Compared to those work for the companies, their time and space are more flexible. This characteristic now interact closely with the creative industries. Further on, the newly developed creative community brings impact upon local old communities. And their work attitudes and descriptions of creative quality usually are the reflections of their daily lives. The impacts brought by this circumstance are the major objective and the focus of this paper. The re-usage of old space in local communities is one of the results of creative thinking, and this provides with those personal studios a new perspective. For example, one of the design colleges that is most close to the Taipei city center and the Taipei Fine Arts Museum is located in Da-zhi. With convenient transportation, in recent years, the circumscription of a college town is gradually shaped. In addition to the Taipei Public Library Da-zhi Branch, recently King-stone Bookstore, Eslite Bookstore and Jian-chen Bookstore opened one by one. The design college now is promoted to be a university and established design-related graduate schools. Other advantages including two MRT Da-zhi entrance, under-constructed highway from Taipei Songshan Airport through Da-zhi Bridge, Neihu Technology Park, Zi-chiang Tunnel connecting The National Palace Museum and Wai-shuang-his and extend to Fetsueiwan, Keelung River Da-jia segment renovation, the grand open of Miramar Entertainment Park, and so on. The elements forming the Da-zhi new community are changing and these changes taken place rapidly. From the usage of space can obviously find the regeneration of the ideals of inhabitants in the Da-zhi community. The transformation of the living styles of the community inhabitants, creative artists and students are on its way.
