本研究旅行社員工的復原力對於他們離職傾向的影響,以及領導-成員交換關係對上述關係所產生的調節效果。本研究之問卷發放對象為台灣11家旅行社之員工,總計發出520份問卷,有效問卷數為387份,問卷回收率為74.42%。

研究結果顯示:(1)旅行社員工的復原力特質愈強,其離職傾向的程度愈低;(2)領導-成員交換關係調節了復原力與離職傾向之間的關係。

This study investigates the effects of travel agency employees’ resilience on their intention to leave, as well as the moderating effect of leader-member exchange on the above relationship. This research subjects were selected from employees of eleven travel agencies in Taiwan, 520 valid questionnaires were collected, and of which 387 are effective questionnaires, returns-ratio is 74.42%.

The results are: (1) the stronger the travel agency employees’ resilience are, the fewer their intention to leave will be; (2) leader-member exchange moderate the relationship between resilience and intention to leave.
