Abstract
As the fashion brands have been increasing these days, form the United States to Japan, Spain, Sweden, and South Korea, the “ cheap and fast fashion” landing Taiwan enriches competitivity in the market. On the other hand, the old brands are growing outdated and shortage of consumer demand, making the sales drop and year-end stock up. My family has dedicated to the fashion business for nearly two decades, recognizing the difficulties in operation and management. We are eager to locate the way to transform the outlet fashion market through this dissertation.
Due to E-business generation, the way of success for traditional brand is to increase the sales channel and market. The chain female fashion sales channel in Taiwan is the subject of this dissertation, discuss the difficulties to transform the traditional channel to e-channel, and how fast fashion dominate the world market.
There are 5 conclusions from this study. 1. Offer the complete product lines by renewing the existing products. 2. Target the new customers by creating multiple business channels, including E-channel. 3. Develop non-apparel product, and introduce new brands to offer multiple choices to customers. 4. Undersell the dead stock. 5. Evaluate the profit and loss from all business channels, find out the reason of high commission and high return rate, and then allure coustomers to shop at company website.
