本研究旨在透過高雄市大統百貨公司案例之操作分析及國內外相關資料之
彙整, 以探討鋼筋混凝土建築物受火害後結構體中各因子之折損狀況, 並
經由內政部營建署研究所所制定之"現有鋼筋混凝土建築物耐震能力評估
準則"來對高雄大統百貨公司進行耐震診斷與補強分析, 一方面探討耐震
因子對建築物之影響, 一方面希望建立明確之耐震補強方法, 期能提供有
效資訊, 供爾後再進行相關之研究參考 o本研究主要研究方法:(1)文獻回
溯法:蒐集分析有關本研究主題之資料與相關文獻, 包括其理論背景
,操作模式, 並研判與本研究主題相關之資料, 篩選出可資利用之合宜內
容 o(2)靜態耐震分析模式:係採用我國內政部頒佈之" 現有鋼筋混凝土
建築物耐震 能力評估準則"進行診斷與補強工作, 並期能找出各耐震因
子之影響性 o(3)調查研究法:經由案例之操作與結果, 測試本研究理論之
可能性 o本研究主要內容約可分為三大部份:(1)資料整理與蒐集:於此部
份中, 一方面進行耐震診斷原理之研究, 另一方面 則蒐集國內外關於
耐震補強,火害對鋼筋混凝土建築物各結構因子影響之研 究 o(2)案例
耐震診斷分析:此部份乃藉由案例之診斷結果與相關指標, 探討各結構
因子之影響效果, 以作為鋼筋混凝土建築物火害後耐震補強之依據 o(3)
耐震補強之建議:研擬適切之耐震補強方式與計畫, 提供較合理單純的補
強 修複判斷基準, 藉供爾後相關研究對照參考 o本研究係僅對鋼筋混
凝土建築物之柱, 樑構架進行耐震診斷與結構性之探討,關於剪力牆, 磚
牆部份之考量, 則尚進一步探討 o

This research study aims to use the actual example of the Ta-
Tung Department Store in Kaohsiung for analysis and to study the
factors of damages on the structure of the steel and cement
structure of construction after a fire disaster. The "Standard
of Evaluation for the Ability to Sustain Earthquakes of Current
Steel & Cement Structures of Construction" as set forth by the
Research Institute of Construction Bureau of the Ministry of
Interior is used to diagnose and to analyze the Ta-Tung
Department Store in Kaohsiung. On one hand, the effect of
elements of ability to sustain earthquake is studies, while on
the other hand, the hope is to establish a clear guideline of a
method to strengthen buildings to increase their ability to
sustain earthquakes. This is so that effective information may
be relayed to provide a source of reference for future research
or study.The method of research of this study:(1) Article
Tracing Method: collection and analysis of information and other
articles related to the topic of research; this includes the
background of the theory, it operation mode; information related
to the topic of research is assessed to choose the appropriate
content to utilize.(2) Formula of Static Analysis of the Ability
to sustain Earthquakes: The "Standard of Evaluation for the
Ability to Sustain Earthquakes of Current Steel & Cement
Structures of Construction" of the Ministry of Interior is used
to diagnose and to strengthen buildings in hope of seeking the
effects of every element concerning the ability to sustain
earthquake.(3) Method of Investigation and Research: From the
operation and results of example of cases, the test is made on
the possibility of the principal of the theory and hypothesis of
this research study.The content of the research could be divided
into 3 portions:(1) Collection and Organization of Information &
Data: in this portion of study, research is conducted on the
principal of diagnosis in the ability to sustain earthquake and
collection is made on the research of effects of structural
elements of steel and cement structures of construction in terms
of the ability to sustain earthquake and fire disasters.(2)
Analysis of Example Cases and their Diagnosis in terms of the
Ability to Sustain Earthquake: this portion explores the effects
of the structural elements ( including the area of sides of
construction materials, its strength and quantity ) by utilizing
the results of diagnosis and its related indices. This forms a
basis of reference for the strengthening of buildings, after
fire disasters, for the purpose of sustaining earthquakes.(3)
Suggestions and Advice on Strengthening of Buildings for the
purpose of sustaining earthquakes: study of appropriate methods
and plans to strengthen buildings in order to provide a
reasonable and simplified foundation for building strengthening
and diagnosis. This foundation will serve as a reference for
future studies.This research study is conducted only on the
girder and structure of steel and cement structures of
construction. The topic concerns the structure of buildings and
their ability to sustain earthquake. As for the considerations
of "scissors-force walls and brick walls, further study is
required.
