台灣塑膠包裝產業正面臨來自多方面的壓力;
一、在全世界環保觀念日益受到重視及政府限塑政策之下,環保原料及替代品的取得?
二、原物料高漲,成本上漲卻無法完全反應至客戶,造成即使營收增加,利潤卻開始縮減。
三、大量訂單已轉到中國大陸,面對客戶的少量多樣客製化要求開始心有餘而力不足,如何因應全球急速變化的產業特性,產業外移,企業如何處理兩岸分工問題,以維持競爭力。
本研究探討台灣塑膠包裝產業的競爭力,經由案例的訪談、分析探討,以瞭解產業的競爭力強弱及建議未來可能的改善方向。提供廠商在服務化轉型的過程中,面臨不同競爭環境時,合作的對象變成競爭對象,上游供料,與下游客戶同時抵制的困難,以利選擇自身能力所能及的最佳製造業服務化供應帄台大小,或是垂直製造服務轉型的範圍,使公司在產品製造鏈中發展出差異化的核心競爭力。預計未來循環經濟將成為包裝行業發展的主要模式 包裝廢資源回收利用將實現產業化、、綠色包裝材料將獲得大力開發和發展、包裝基礎工業也將加快發展。
我國塑膠包裝產業面對上述趨勢變化的因應之道。本研究回顧了供應鏈從分工和整合的角度來看、產業群聚等相關的文獻,同時從價值鏈的分布,探討了供應鏈整合、整合製造服務,以及這些整合服務中的各種整合模式 然而除了從上述角度切入之外,。更應思考從全球布局的觀點,以及考量不同產業的發展差異,進行切入目標市場的整合製造服務規劃。製造業在發展過程中選擇何種轉形模式,是較適合的模式,從產品的屬性,需使用不同的構念可以看出適合的模式。


The plastic packaging manufacture in Taiwan is facing a number of pressures.
Firstly, due to the awareness of the environmental sense and the Restriction Policy on plastic usage, how to acquire the environmental materials and the replacement could be the first issue. (2) The price inflation of the original
material causes the increase of the cost which could not directly react to the customer. Even if the revenues increase a lot, the profits start to shrink. (3) A large amount of orders had been transferred to China. The flesh is weak to the small quantity and variety type of customize service. How to respond to the fast-changing industries in the whole world, industrial relocation, and how to address the problem of cross-strait division of labor in order to remain competitive could be the one to discuss.
This research discusses the competitiveness of the plastic packaging industry. To understand the weak and strength of the competitiveness of the industry and to suggest the possible improvement in the future through the interviews, and the analysis of the cases to provide the companies some methods to choose the best manufacturing servitization supply platform when they face the different competitive environment and the cooperate company turns to the competitive one during the process of service transformation. Or a vertical range of manufacturing services transformation so that the companies in the alienation of travel products in the manufacturing chain develop the core competitiveness.
It is estimated that the cyclic economy will become the main pattern in the development of the packing manufacture in the future. Packaging recycling waste resource will accomplish in the industries. Green packaging materials will be
developed energetically. The basic industry of packaging will also quicken their development. The plastic packaging industry in Taiwan faces the trend of changes above.
This research reviews the relative literatures from the supply chain between the aspects of division and the conformity and industry cluster; simultaneously,
according to the distribution of the value chain, it investigates supply chain integration, integrated manufacture service and the different models of these
integrated services. However, in addition to these perspectives above, we should think deeply from the viewpoints of the global distribution and consider the
developmental differences between the different industries, in order to carry on the target market of the integrated manufacturing service project. Manufacturing industries need to use different constructs to find out the appropriate model in their developmental process.
