  全球汽車界將大陸形容為世界汽車市場的最後一塊處女地。長期以來,年平均五十萬輛汽車需求的台灣存在十一家整車廠,在多樣少量的生產型態下,很難達到規模經濟。大陸地區,由於經濟的發展帶動汽車產業成長,在台灣加入WTO前夕,大陸市場似乎是台灣汽車界最後的選擇,而基於大陸當局政策考量使得台灣汽車零組件業比整車廠早一步赴大陸投資,從事內銷市場中產業配套與替換市場的經營。
  追逐市場須先掌握通路,作者期望藉由研究了解以下三個面向:
  一、大陸汽車產業與流通體制的發展。
  二、現階段台灣汽車零組件業者在經營大陸替換市場時有關通路的策略與管理規劃。
  三、台灣汽車零組件業者在參與產業配套(中衛體系)過程中,所使用的進入策略。
  在結論方面:
  四、當前大陸汽車產業發展的現狀包含佈點分散、整車生產廠過多、零部件工業薄弱、造車工藝與人力素質不高以及地方保護主義等。在產業未來發展上,包含整車廠的集團化與獨立化;零組件工業的國產化與規格化發展。
  五、在汽車產品的流通現狀上,包含通路複雜、階層過多、消費客層尚未普及化、地方保護主義等。此外未來則傾向減化流通階層,朝代理、連鎖與企業自銷通路發展。
  六、在對產業界的建議方面包含:
    1.初期進入大陸市場,台商宜以外銷接單為主,待熟悉市場再行內銷。
    2.台商在“參與產業配套”與“進入替換市場”之間做選擇時,宜考慮產品特性與該項產品大陸競爭者相對現況等因素。
    3.在不考慮各別因素下,中、小型台商企業適合由點向面發展通路與市場,而大型台商則可考慮由面向點的方向經營。
    4.台商在強化對通路成員的控制時,可藉由垂直行銷系統的模式來整合中間商,以減少在配合度及其他經營上的風險。
    5.對於傾向參與大陸配套體系的台灣企業,可考慮藉由投資時的資金組成來源、企業本身產品上或技術上的優勢、結合其他同業及合作外銷的方式參與產業配套。
    6.台商的配套過程在大型車廠可考慮由第二層配套廠做起,小型車廠則考慮由第一層配套開始。
  Global automobile producer regards mainland China as the last virgin land of world motor market. In Taiwan, eleven automobile corporations share a demand quota of 500,000 motors every yerar. In such a case, each corporation is hard to reach the economic scale. Following mainland China''s economic development, the automobile industry is growing rapidly. It appears that mainland China is the final choice to Taiwan automobile industry. Before Taiwan enters World Trade Organization. Besides, Taiwan auto-part corporations invest mainland Chian more earlier than automobile corporations, because of mainland China authority''s automobile industry policy. Those, which invested mainland China, have joined the central and satellite system or have operated local after market.
  It is crucial to control the sales distribution for running for the market. I look forward to understanding three aspects in this research.
  1.to understand the development of automobile industry and mark distribution in mainland China.
  2.to understand the distribution strategies, management and planning of Taiwan autopart enterprises operating after market in mainland this time.
  3.to understand the strategies that Taiwan auto-part enterprises used to join central and satellite system in main land China.
  Three conclusions are as follows:
  1.currently, mainland China''s automobile industry includes disperse location of car making factory; weakness of auto-part industry; low quality of car making technology and of human resources; and local protectlism. As to future planning, contains automobile corporations grouplization and formation of auto-part industry.
  2.as to the market channel situation of automobile products includes complex market channels; too many market channel levels; products are not popularize; and localprotectlism. The authority of main land China is looking forward to down sizeing distribution levels; developing the agent systems and the chain organization systems, and developing channels of company''s.
  3.as to the suggestions to Taiwan auto-part corporations, which are going to invest main land China:
    (1)Taiwan auto-part corporations can aim "exporting" as the first step. Then exploit gradually to domestic sales.
    (2)Taiwan auto-part corporations should take "product characteristic" into consideration, joining central and satellite system or local after market.
    (3)small or middle scale Taiwan auto-part corporations should develop their market channels from the point to area, but large corporations should develop from the area to point.
    (4)Taiwan auto-part corporations can stengthen the control of their market channel members by using vertical marketing system.
    (5)if Taiwan auto-part corporations prefer to join central and satellite system, there are four ways: firstly, they can verify the component of corporation''s capital; second they can use the advantages of corporation products or technology; third, they can union other manufacturing members to increase bargaining power; forth, they can use "jointly exporting" to join central and satellite system.
    (6)there are two models as Taiwan auto-part corporations joined central and satellite system: one is as join some large scale automobile''s system, Taiwan corporations should join the second level of system. The other is as join some small or middle scale of automobile''s central and satellites system, the corporations should join the first level of the system.
