臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

企業資源規劃的追求目標是要企業組織適應未來全球化的環境變遷，促使企業在有限資源能做最有效的運用。資訊科技基礎建設是企業內的一項有限資源，也需要透過適當的整體規劃，來讓這項資源能做最有效的運用。針對 ERP系統的發展策略，即是提供企業運用整體資訊資源並且解決公司營運所面臨的挑戰與問題。
本研究將以繼茂公司為研究對象，針對企業資源規劃系統導入及效益分析。本研究目的如下︰
1.瞭解企業資源規劃系統理論及演進。
2.建立企業資源規劃系統效益之研究模式。
3.對個案公司導入進行問題點研究，瞭解ERP系統導入與系統效益之影響問題。
研究結果可提供企業界欲導入國內 ERP系統時，有正確的認知。企業可能會面臨的問題、決策考慮的過程及其因素，以決定公司是否適宜導入 ERP系統或其他資訊系統作為參考。

The pursue goal of “Enterprise Resource Planning” is want the Enterprise organize to adapt the future globalization environmental trend, and urges the Enterprise to be able to make the most effective utilization in the limited resources. The Infrastructure of Information Technology is an item of limited resource in Enterprise, it also need to penetrate the suitable whole plan, enable this item of resources to make the most effective utilization. In view of ERP system development strategy, it provides the Enterprise utilize the overall information resources, to solve company transport business faces challenge and question.
This research take will continue the “Ge Mao Rubber Industrial Co Ltd” as the research object, analysis aim at implementing ERP system and its benefit. This research purpose is as follows:
1.Understanding the ERP system theories and evolution.
2.Build up the research mode of the ERP system benefit.
3.Researching on the point for the individual company implement EPR system , and understanding the influence question with the system benefit.
The findings may provide the correct cognition when the Enterprise wants to implement the domestic ERP system. The Enterprise possibly face questions, the policy-making consideration process and its factor, decided whether the company is suitable to implement ERP system or other information systems takes the reference.
